How Do We Ensure Quality in Our Translations?
At Translation All World, quality is not just a goal – it’s a system.
We follow a meticulous quality control process to ensure every translation meets professional standards. Here’s how we do it:
✅ 1. Project Manager Review
Once your file reaches us, it is first reviewed by our project managers. The subject matter is analyzed, and the required area of expertise is determined.
✅ 2. Format Conversion and Preparation (DTP)
If your document is not in Word or Excel format, our Desktop Publishing (DTP) team converts it into the appropriate format and resubmits it to the project manager.
✅ 3. Assignment to a Specialist Translator
Each project is assigned to translators with expertise in the relevant field:
-
Technical translations → Technical experts
-
Legal translations → Lawyer linguists
-
Medical translations → Doctor translators
-
Other languages (English, German, Russian, French, etc.) → Certified language professionals
✅ 4. Translation and Final Review
After translation is completed, our internal team performs a final review — including grammar checks, terminology consistency, and contextual accuracy.
✅ 5. Client Approval and Delivery
-
Corporate clients approve the translation through the system.
-
Individual clients review and approve the project via email.
-
If notarization is required, we initiate the notary process.
-
If only a stamp/seal is needed, we finalize it and deliver the project.
✅ At Translation All World, quality isn’t just about translating correctly — it’s about working with the right experts, following the right process, and delivering excellence every time.
